Whidbey revisited
On Friday the 26th of Sept, Chris and Mum went to Whidbey, to see Chris's friends there. Arrow joined them late that evening, and they stayed the night. On Saturday, Kat and I joined them, and we all stayed at the house (ranch more like) of Jerry and Chris. (Jerry's wife, who unfortunately, was not present at the time) Jerry put up with us all traipsing about and generally getting in the way, and we repaid his kindness by drinking all his beer and feeding apples to the sheep and other animals.
Chris and Arrow had some work to do on the Yamaha and rig, so they wandered off to buy the appropriate bits.
Sunday, we left Jerry to recuperate from our visit, and repaired to the boat, where we were joined by yet another family member, Mary Livengood (aunt to Chris and I) and a friend of Arrow's whose name escapes me at the moment. Dinner at Bad Alberts, a local Ballard tavern with good food, and great beer.
