On to the next stage

Mum and Chris have left Seattle, headed towards Poulsbo to visit Mary. We are sad to see them go, and glad to get back to our normal routine at the same time. As the bard said. "Parting, is such sweet sorrow."
Prior to their departure, Chris had to load up the bike, Wilbur of course, had to supervise.

There was a slight delay while a prime example of Vesula Vulgaris was stalked, slain, and prepared for a display mount.

Wilbur was in pretty good spirits, especially considering the debauched way he comported himself the night before.

Chris dropped his cigarette lighter, but didn't want to crawl down under the bike to find it so...

All kidding aside, it's obvious that you don't need a jack, to change the sidecare wheel. Or to work on the sidecare drivetrain.

With the bike just about loaded up, Chris takes it for a short walk, back to a parking space.

Added a couple of more items, made one or two slight changes. Took a couple of family pics.

One final check, and they saddle up, and are off.

Bon voyage!
